Dr. Liz Berney and Dr. Joe Mancini have over 35 years of combined training and consulting experience with the federal government. They have taught at George Washington University's s School of Business & Management and for the University of Maryland's Executive Development Programs as well as Georgetown, George Mason, American and Harvard Universities.
